EXCHANGE POLICY

House of Valier – Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for sizing issues or defective items only.

If you require a different size:

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

2. Await return instructions.

3. Return the item in original condition.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched, subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.
