We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, we are here to assist.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition.

• All original packaging and tags must be intact.

• Proof of purchase must be provided.

Certain items (such as intimate garments, personalised items, or final sale pieces) may not be eligible for return for hygiene or promotional reasons.

Return Process

As we operate through international partner facilities, return instructions will be provided upon approval of your request. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
